Yamac Premium is a producer-led olive oil company shaped by four generations of working with oil and two generations dedicated specifically to olive oil production. We cultivate and manage approximately 200 acres of owned and partner groves in southern Mediterranean and a mill with daily 60 tonnes of olive milling capacity, supported by long-term partner producers in Greece, Italy, and Spain.
Operating as the European roof company for selection and distribution, Yamac Premium brings together hands-on farming, careful milling, and professional sensory evaluation. As farmers, mill owners, and trained tasters, we select oils with defined quality criteria—focused on freshness, balance, and stability—so they perform reliably in professional kitchens while remaining expressive and enjoyable for those who cook with intention.
Diamante brand is the cultivar-driven expression of Yamac Premium.
